What's your cancellation policy?

As a courtesy to our staff, and so that we may accommodate other client needs, please give at least THREE HOURS notice if cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Late notice cancellations, no-shows and tardiness will be charged the full amount of the missed scheduled service.

A valid credit or debit card is needed to reserve your appointment. A charge will only be applied in the event of a no-show, late cancellation and tardiness.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, upon availability. However, we recommend booking an appointment beforehand, so you're guaranteed a spot.

How do I see that my appointment has been booked?

Once you book online and put your information in (First & Last Name, Phone Number, Email and CC Info) You will receive an email and text confirmation. If you didn't receive one, the appointment didn't go through. Any issues please call the shop you're booking for or email us at info@titlecitybarbers.com

I want to pay in the shop instead of online, how do I do that?

When booking online, you will select "Pay in Person." It will still require you to put a card on file but will only be charged if you do not show up to your appointment or cancel less than 3 hrs before.

I have a Gift Card and/or Loyalty Reward Code, how do I use it?

Once you have selected the barber and time, you will select your payment method type: Google Pay or Credit/Debit Card. Once you put your information for Credit/Debit Card,it will show "Add Code". Here are pictures showing both payment methods.
